Important Information

Medications: Angelic Wings Childcare does not dispense any medication. If your child needs to take medication, please dispense it at home and let us know so that we can keep closer supervision of your child. 

Vaccines: The child must have all their vaccinations before attending our daycare. The parent must submit the immunization card to the provider to maintain your child’s records up to date. 

Injuries: Parents have a responsibility to notify the provider if your child suffered an injury outside the program to make the corresponding report.

Emergency Procedures: Each month, Angelic Wings Childcare conducts an emergency drill while simultaneously testing to check that the smoke alarms are working properly. Besides the above and during certain months, we also do earthquake drills. These drills are made so that all children can participate effectively and orderly. My plan in case of fire, earthquake or other emergencies, is on public view. Please take a few minutes to review this plan. If your child needs immediate attention, I immediately get in touch with you, but if we can’t find you, your child will be taken by ambulance to the nearest hospital. All of the emergency costs are entirely your responsibility. I accompany the hurt or injured child in the ambulance and will be with him / her until parents arrive.

Home Food: If your child has any special dietary needs either for reasons of being vegetarian, allergies, religious beliefs etc. we ask that you let us know about this diet before your child start attending the program. If my program can make the necessary changes to accommodate the needs of your child we will gladly do so. Otherwise you are welcome to bring food for your child and we will serve it in the times of our meals. Please do not bring junk food.
